Falcon Insurance of Illinois Denying compensation with false allegations Oak Brook Illinois

On October 26, 2024, my vehicle was impacted by an unlicensed conductor, who failed to yield at a roundabout circle. The conductor was insured by Falcon Insurance. We placed the claim at the time of the accident. Falcon did not respond until 2 weeks, because they needed to contact their insured person, who never answer the phone according to Falcon, and it would take up to 30 days to talk with him. In the middle of the wait I asked for information about the shop to take the car. At this point they never were clear about the shop I supposed to send the car. But later they sent a "estimate of Record" dated on 11/01/2024, at this date I did not have any answer from them. The report (false) was done by Thad Thomason, license # 148350, without checking the car. At this time the car was in my garage, they never came to my home to do an evaluation. This is the first lie. If they did not contact their insured, how did they dated an estimate on 11-01-2024?

After 2 weeks the repair shop witnessed the damage and told me that the damage was fresh, no rust, since now, after taking me in cirlces, Falcon claimed preexisting damage. which is false. They need to proof their statements. Yesterday I requested a formal letter from them with proof of existing damages and when did they visit my home on 11-01-2024 to check the car, and why they are denying my claims. and the amount of the supplemental.

The customer service is useless. Their goal is to torment victims, so they would give up. That is the way they make money, practizing dishonesty, lying, hurting others.

To my understanding, Falcon Insurance is  BROKER, who sell insurance from other companies, under the shade of the law. They insure people without driving license.

They refused to give me the name of the real insurance company, if there is any.

FALCON Insurance is a scammer. Beaware of this company. Pray the lord to no be their victim.
