Fancy Drops Beauty - promise that their drops change the color of your eyes in six months. But that's a lie! Boulder CO

On November 1st, 2023 I purchased product from Fancy Drops and since November 14th, 2023 I used it for one year and four months to make my eyes in light blue color. Unfortunately I have zero result. There are absolutely no change in my eye color. I wrote to the customer support multiple times, but I always herd that you have tremendous confidence in your products and strongly recommend not interrupting the use of Fancy Drops during the process. Well... Finally I have come to the conclusion that they use psychological manipulation by giving various discounts and coupons to make me believe and continue to buy the product. Now I feel cheated and very disappointed as well as angry. A lot of time wasted. I don't like being deceived. Therefore, I felt that will be fair to demand a refund of $563.88 spent on a false product.  
Сonsidering that Fancy Drops Beauty LLC misled people and with false promises, deceitful and manipulatively forced people to continue buying more products, also caused them moral damage, need to file a class action lawsuit against this company and also to send product to a lab and Health Department for analysis to check.

This is their last respond on my refund request where I mensioned that I used their products for one year and four months: "Please remember that eye color transformation is a gradual process that takes time. Our product is designed to show noticeable results in 4-6 months with consistent use. It's important to have patience and continue using the drops as recommended. We know it can be disappointing not to see immediate results, but rest assured that your eye color will begin to change over time. Our past customers have seen amazing transformations, and we're confident that you will too, as long as you give the product enough time to work. Remember, good things come to those who wait! We appreciate your patience and trust in Fancy Drops, and we're excited for you to see the results in the coming months."
