Went into agreement contract with Farallon Craftsman for Andre Craftman to install a working bifold door.
After 2 failed attempts, Andre didn't install the door and left the project incomplete.
Refused to provide full refund and even refused negotiation for partial refund, and any other options.
This general contractor ended up being inexperienced in saying never had installed a pocket door before.
He claims his time has spent, but so have I.
Now I left with $725 loss and no BiFold door installed, and even a damaged doorframe.
This contractor should not be in business. His best interest in greed not assisting customers in achieving their project goals especially as stated on the invoice he sends. On time, and successful completion.
He did not complete the job and still ripped me off of my money.
