Fareoyard This company charged my cash app card under southwest airlines name Internet

I purchased a ticket from fareoyard for $177they sent me a text if I wanted to finaly book this and I wrote back to says yes. 30 minutes later I read bad comments on the faroysrd company. So I sent them a text to cancel.  Later on I looked at my account and saw that the a charge from Southwest for $700 which cash app denied. Then found a $487 charge also by Southwest that was pending. I called faroyard back to complain and asked how the fare went up. They just told me that the flight price went up. They also told me they did not charge my card cause i canceled. So next day I see cash app let my pending charge through. And $487 was now deducted from my card. So I call fareoyard again. And they continue to say nothing except that they did not charge my card. I called southwest and they have no record. No card. And my name is not anywhere in the system. And that's what I'm stuck with now. Oh Also cash app has denied my dispute and I'm fighting with them now!!!
