When they contacted me to schedule an appointment I was unable to answer my phone.  They then contacted my wife which she informed them to call me.  When I got to it, I told them that due to scam calls I screen my calls.  I told them I do not play around with this as I have been hacked in the past and it is a nightmare to correct.  

They responded by telling me that I needed to answer my phone whenever they call.  I'm guessing the guy talks to his wife this way.  I called back to report it.  I was then told pretty much the same thing to include that I needed to be home when they said to set the appointment or that I would be put to the back of the list.  Rude and unprofessional.
