Terrible experience I wish I could give a zero for a star rating. Took my 15-year-old daughter here to get her hair done in the box braid style. Fatima quoted me 180 to 200 for the style which is what I brought. When I get to the shop the stylist has a nasty attitude with my daughter because she was not sure of the length that she wanted, I had to tell her this was her first time getting her hair braided because the stylist had such a nasty attitude. She then proceeds to tell me that that cost would be 240.00 instead of the original price Fatima quoted to me originally. (There was no reason to hike up the price, my daughter got the standard regular length and the bigger size box braids).

Against my better judgment, I got the additional 40 bucks out of the atm at a nearby 711 because I wanted my daughter to have a good experience. Within two days I had to take my daughter's hair down because it was braided too tight and she started to get bumps in her hair. Please keep in mind that I asked the stylist not to braid my daughter hair tightly because she gets very bad migraines. Upon taking the braids down we discovered that Fatima's stylist braided my daughter's hair so tight that it pulled some of her hair out on the sides. When I contacted Fatima she only agreed to give me 80.00 of the 240.00 I was conned and ripped off from.

I have text messages proving she agreed to give me some of the money back. Long story short each time they were supposed to give me my money I would never hear from Fatima. Worse experience I ever had and the fact that she lied and said she would give me a small portion of my money back and never did proves they are extremely unethical and cons. Be extremely careful with this place they will ruin your hair and rip you off.
