Costi Viorel FERKEL FARM SRL Str. Carpaților 21 Brasov Romania
Heading up the corporation Ferkel Farm, Costi Viorel uses his corporation as a front for dirty money related to illicit activities. He leases out properties that he does not own to corporations at inflated prices to individuals that are led to believe he is the proper owner.
This scam continues as he also requests the leasee to take his henchmen on as business partners. He threatens that if you do not take his people as nusiness partners then you will not get proper permits to legally run your business.
Costi has been running this scam on many properties in Brasov and is working closing with his comrades in Brasov City Hall. Once people bite on this scam, they then demand more money from your to ensure you permits remain active. If you do not pay the extra cash payments, they will immediately come and change the locks on your business and evict you without any notice.
Steer clear of this criminal Costi Viorel, he has ex convicts such as Daniel Stinghe around him to intimidate the locals that attempt to seek justice for the crimes of blackmail, extortion and fraud.
