The company charged me $2,400 (not including i had to pay for a rental) to rebuild my transmission. They took my money and never even took my transmission out. Not a bolt was touched to remove anything. Had to take it to a certified dealership for confirmation. I am now finding out i am not the only person they have done this to.
I had to pay an additional charge just for the dealership to confirm it. The transmission fluid is black which is the old fluid from when the truck was built. New transmission fluid should be pink. Not one thing was even removed in my truck to even get to the trans it was confirmed.
They just take people’s money and dont do the work. His name is Matt Ferrara and he is the grandson of the original owner. Do not go there to get any work done. You will only be scammed.
