This company is very rude and disrespectful for no reason. We got a free trail from this company months ago and one of are guys got injured so we had to wait in the meantime we made a new website to compliment the app.  Once we got new site up we then we back to and got another 7 day trail. One of are techs is from overseas pakastan they cut off are account when he logged into the app to set it up.

I contacted them and let them no  they then said you already had a trail, i told then we had to do a new website ect to meet the app standards they said we dont care just pay us. They then said you cant have your guy log in are system will log you out ect. Question i asked myself why are you monitoring my account so much, why are you not looking at this guy just redid his website to get are app lets treat him with respect and give him what he needs . i spent $1500 on new website to look good with the app this is what they said 

you chose to update your website. We did not tell you to update your website. No money has been spent with fieldd and you were not a paying customer. We have decided to decline your business which we reserve the right to do so. We will no longer be responding to your messages.

Hi Logan / Shawn / Rodrick Mayes,

Since your second report (we have not been in contact with you recently), we are still unsure how we have "ripped you off".

I have checked your website and I can see you are still ripping off the app images, wording, and branding of - this kind of behaviour is also a breach of our terms and conditions, hence why we do not want as a customer.

We have a strong community of great business owners on fieldd, and this kind of beviour will not be tolerated at fieldd.

Hi Logan, 

This is the most bizarre feedback we have ever received.

I'm not sure what you're reporting here, our team spent hours assisting you whilst you had multiple free trials. We did not charge you anything, nor did we request any money from you, nor were you ever a paying customer.

As you can see in the screenshot that Logan left on this report, the chat was opened by "Shawn". This was one of the many aliases that were used to contact us from locations all around the world within hours. 

Due to this odd behaviour, for privacy reasons our support team questioned "Shawn/Logan/Rodrick" about this and we were promptly abused. If you yell and scream at someone when they are trying to assist you, after a while, it becomes a challege to continue to assist you. Looking at your website you're also breaching multiple copyrights.

As I said, we would have loved for you to be a customer.

This company doesnt care about those who wish to use theyre app even if you have to pay money to get your website done ect to work with it. This company Discriminated against my website tech because he was not from the USA and his IP ADDRESS WAS OVERSEAS and said we were suspect of are activity wow sounds like profiling to me they should be ashamed, and this guy George is very rude both times we reached out for help setting up the account they will not help you at all they just want your money or dont bother us thing going on over there.

"THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO SETUP THERE OWN SYSTEM FOR CLIENTS LOL DUMMYS" They dont want you to ask any questions just buy the software if your not good with apps and websites your screwed STAY AWAY they dont know how to treat theyre clients even if you are recovery from injuries they will talk to you like you build there app and you Better know everything. THERE ARE OTHER APPS OUT THERE GO TO A COMPANY WILLING TO TALK ON THE PHONE SO YOUR TEXT DOESNT SOUND OUT OF PLACE OR SOMEONE WILLING TO REALLY HELP IF YOU NEED THERE HELP NOT TURNING YOU AWAY WITH A LINK TO READ AND TELL YOU TO GO ABOUT YOUR DAY AS IF THATS HELPFUL.
