 No matter what you do, don't do business with this con artist. He will buy things online from merchants and then file fraud disputes trying to steal the item from you.  This moron thief will buy items and then waste no time into contacting his bank PNC and make fraud claims saying he never received the item. He will pull the classic fraud of the second you tell him the item ships, this thief begins his con job. He will call PNC bank say he never got the item,  tell the bank every single lie imaginable, like falsified delivery dates, saying he contacted you and you started arguing with him.

When he looses the first charge back dispute, he will waste no time into contacting PNC again and filing another dispute making the same claims. Its only until you call the local police department were this thief lives does he finally give up and call his bank to cancel his fraud.  He thinks he can hide behind his credit card company, avoids any contact with you, and lies through his teeth when he knows he signed a legal document. This moron wasted hours of our time and held the funds Since August 2020 and its only until the end of December we got some funds back but not all of it. This thief is going to get sued!
