As the links and points below will show Mike Podesto the Founder and CEO of Find My Profession is guilty of many of the things including:

1) Harassing competitors in order to harm their business and divert traffic to my own company through the use of paid backlinks, false and/or misleading reviews and numerous other Blackhat SEO tricks which he used in order to game Googles algorithms.

2) Leaving fake 1 star reviews on competitors and placing fake 5 star or conflict of interest reviews on multiple review sites (including his own website) in order to make it appear that I have more positive reviews and experience than my competitors (having only been in business less than four years).

3) Carrying out illegal and even criminal activities including hijacking traffic from hundreds of competitors around the world by using the good names of established companies and their copyright or website images on his website in order to boost rankings on Google.

4) Using vulgar language with respect to certain competitors and writing deragatory articles on other competitors in order to damage their businesses and reputations. These include ones listed in the links below as well as others which are no longer available online or have been removed by various ISPs.

5) Berating customers and sending them inappropriate emails or messages when they complain about the quality, delivery of my services or guarantees (see Sitejabber and BBB reviews and complaints).

6) Lying about or embellishing his qualifications and using fake personas in order to make it appear that he has experience which he does not; in addition to ranking himself first on lists of articles which he wrote and posted to his website outlining the pros and cons of competitors he has never done business with.

7) Using contractors (which I refer to loosely as employees) to build business, as he does not have the necessary depth or breadth of experience to do the work himself, and failing to disclose to new customers that he is in fact using contractors or outsourcing their resumes and job searches to individuals whose qualifications are not properly disclosed prior to customers paying for services.

8) Shaming the entire industry with his egregious and outrageous activities including but not limited to fabricating lies about competitors, creating fake top 5 and top 10 lists which place his company at #1 every time, tricking competitors into placing fake awards that contain hidden code on their sites (which have been issued by himself and have zero external backing or credibility), falsifying information on his website, creating libelous websites in order to harm the businesses of his competitors and uploading or installing (through trickery) malicious malware tracking software on competitors computers which then give him access to their confidential emails and/or files.

As the links below will clearly show Mike Podesto has a long history of improper and illegal behaviour reaching as far back to his days in university when he had his own little grow-op (he has since given up the weed and turned over a new leaf; one which is much more profitable).  He is currently being sued in federal court for illegal actions against one of his competitors Wendi Weiner of the Writing Guru.
