My landlord hired this company to give an estimate for air duct cleaning.

I was shown FAKE photos of mold in the ducts that other professionals confirmed were not there. Very sketchy guy calling himself "Tony" who couldn't answer any questions regarding training, licensing, no logo on his shirt, no business card, no logo on his car. 

Was overpriced and rude to my landlord. Of course - claimed the whole house needed complete duct cleaning (which is unnecessary). 

"Tony" proceeded to try to *date* me and tell me all about how he and his partner, Nir Hakim (who also runs Gold Elements Spa) moved here from another country, have fake marriages to gain citizenship, and ingratiate themselves to local politicians to not get caught. AZ, FL, WA, CA, MN.  They move around constantly. Kfir Assaraf is his given name, he has since changed it to Daniel Assaraf and runs a hone repair company in Circle Pines MN.  

As previous review stated - there are literally 100s of phone numbers they use, but no one is actually in an office. If you call, they refuse to give you their address or any name of owners. "Jessica" is their main admin, but she changes her name often.



I sent at least 20 emails, texts, and phone calls.  No response.  They are unrepentant and know exactly what they are doing. BEWARE. They know just how far to go before getting busted. They also change their local website's names often (the one used in MN for my home was ReliableAC.com in Excelsior MN - I went to the location and it literally doesn't exist). 

On a safety note, I would advise any woman to be leery of meeting with Tony/Kfir/Daniel alone.
