FSS knowingly takes in guns for consignment, charges a cleaning fee that they dont do then charges up to 40% to sell your gun. Not only that they tell you that the gun sold for $300 but actually sold it for $1000 so they dont have to give you as much. This was the case of an elderly lady who lost her husband and was selling his collection to make ends meet.

FSS also sells peopls guns and NEVER pays them for the sale- they try to offer credit or just hope you forgot.

When they do, they also ask for cash so they can give you a "discount" but then never report it to the state. Since they opened they NEVER registered with the state of NJ to collect sales tax and never paid the state.

They got evicted from their Whippany location and changed their name to FSS Armory to avoid paying their consignment customers and negative backlash.

Ross Osias is a crook and has even tried to sell his partners share of the business without him knowing. Then tryin to sell of FSS to a retiring soldier and didnt even reveal they had a $200,000 tax debt.
