First Choice bails bond Mike, Jennifer and Velez Never payed back 120.00 for weekly payments Clarksville Georgia

The scam is awful. I relocated to Georgia from Florida in November of 2020. Well my husband got arrested for disorderly conduct, received a total of 500.00 bond. Usually you only need to pay ten percent, he saw the out of state i.d and charged me 290.00 dollars. Then he also told me I must pay weekly payments of 40.00 until the court appearance was made, but those he will repay once he made his court appearance.

Well it's been 7 months and we made 6 payments, he only owes me 240.00 dollars. So first he argued that we only paid 4 weeks of payments of so 160.00. He blocked my number, then he said he mailed the check, we told him we never received it, then he'll say go to the office and he won't be there. I mean this guy is the worst he prays on desperate broke people.

Little does he know I will never stop ever. Even if I have to take him to small claims court, I will.
