First Choice Money Payday loans Midvale Utah

My husband did a payday loan when we had an emergency. Then when we fell into more financial hardship we hired an attorney to do a debt settlement. When First choice contacted us about a payment we advised them of the debt settlement and gave them our attorney information. The manager tried for 10min to talk us out of using them and paying it ourselves. They advised me the attorney could not prevent garnishments and that First Choice would not accept the terms. After the attorneys told me they had sent a cease and desist letter to the company they continued to call us. When they called my husbands work, which is against his company policy, I called and told them to no longer call his work. They proceeded to call 2 more time,nearly getting him fired. Even after I personally walked in a letter of cease and desist they still claim the attorneys never sent one, that they did not not have attorney information ,that they had not called his employer, and they were not breaking any fair debt collection laws, even though a call had been made that morning to his employer. His employee stood right in front of me and admitted to making the call. We have filed complaints with the Better Business Bereau and with the Federal Trade Commission for the violation of Fair Debt Collection laws.

If you are desperate enough to need a payday loan, do not use this company. They will lie to your face and break every law they think they can get away with.
