First Class Herbalist CBD They charged my debit card twice last month without consent and then again this month. 3 charges of $89.95 Pleasant Grove Utah

On December 17, 2019 they said I signed for their service. I did not. 

Ok January 6th I called them because they charged my debit card $89.95 and again on Jan 5,  2020 they charged another $89.95 which caused my bank to charge me $35 over draft each costing me an additional $70.

When I called I spoke to Karina she said she will issue the refund but I had to pay to ship the oil back ,so I spent 7.35 to ship it back. 

Now out of a total of $327.25. The next day I provided Karina the USPS tracking number and she said she proceeded the refund for the $89.95 on 1-3 and $89.95  on 1-5. But that I was out of the rest. She assured me it wouldn't happen again.

On January 21, 2020 I again saw another $89.95 charge along with another $35 over draftt fee. I called them on January 25,  2020. Spoke to a male supervisor. He said he would process a refund while on the phone with me and when could I return the item they just mailed me. I didn't know they sent another item and it had arrived via USPS . I said I can mail it back the next business day. He said I was definitely cancelled and it would not happen again. So I again spent another 7.35 to return their item. He like the last supervisor said he issued a refund of $89.95 only it would take 3-5 business days. 

Today I found out he didn't so I called them back and spoke to supervisor Kristina, she said he didn't process it right but she said she did it and sorry. I asked about the money for over drafts and shipping $119.70 she said sorry no, would send me confirmation of cancellation and ended the call. 

No email has come and I feel as though they owe me the $119.70.
