FISHTOBAGO.COM FISH TOBAGO TOURS BRANDON BRUCE IS THE TOUR GUIDE NO SERVICES RENDERED! Buccoo Point TOBAGO

My wife booked at tour via Expedia with  this Brandon Bruce Fish Tobago Tours . Our tour  pick up appointment was set for 7:45 am.  The morning of the tour it was pouring rain. We tried calling Brandon Multiple times  before the tour but He never answered the phone number we were initially given. Come to find out, When he showed up at our hotel  Brandon Bruce told the receptionist at the Le Grand " I came to pick up 2 ladies." 

He did not ask  for us by our names to the hotel receptionist. 

Brandon eventually called back from a different phone number disguising his voice stating that the weather was "Sunny" and he is out on a boat...lying.  Brandon was very rude to my wife on the phone. He kept talking over us so we finally asked him to just refund because absolutely no services were rendered. However, he declined us a a refund and never offered a credit for future or any type of resolution. He simply told us to request a refund from Expedia. 

10 minutes later We drove out there to his location and rain was still pouring. I video taped, screenshot and recorded everything.

Expedia just helps SCAMMERS to continue to exploit foreigners . I can imagine how many people have been conned and defrauded like this.

We will be alerting other online travel and tour  agencies .
