FitTrack Jeff Sawyer Lee Ordered product, didn't work, and they won't replace or refund...total SCAM!!! Toronto Ontario

I received a defective product from FitTrack and they have refused to replace it or refund payment. They have been promising over and over and over again that they will send out a new one with a delivery eta of 4-6 week, but when I contact them 4-6 weeks later, it still hasn't shipped and they promised to ship out a replacement in another 4-6 weeks. This has been going on for almost a year now and they refuse to make it right. 

After doing research online, I have found thousands of other people with the exact same situation after purchasing if they were one of only a few people who have actually ever received the products, social media influncers stating that they haven't been paid for promoting their products and many other issues.

The FitTrack founder, Jeff Sawyer Lee, is a serial con-artist, claiming to have made over 100 Million dollars on FitTrack in 3 years, taking in huge sums of money from investors, yet all of these problems consistent among all purchasers of their products.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FITTRACK.

This company must be stopped!
