Flamingoteers - Mohamed Ashraf Employment fraud, they exploit/trick employees and refuse to give them contracts in the end they dont pay full salary of at all. korba cairo

Mohamed Ashraf the founder of Flamingoteers does not offer his employees contracts and then continues to punish employees and deduct from their money for not following work protocol that he thinks are supposed to be "well known". I have been overworked and exploited beyond acceptable limits. Along with verbal and emotional abuse the work environment is dehumanizing and draining. If I can describe him in one work it would be gasliught. I have not yet been bpaid for my Ja-Feb 240 hours of work and it is already the end of April. 

He always claims to be willing to pay and that he is a fair man but for a fair he even theoratically miscalculated my salary into around 60% of what he owes, but even when  I agreed on less that what I earned so I can manage to evenn pay some of my own personal bills, he bailed.

With a series of compulsive excuses and lies to avoid paydays he claims he will meet. it is very ironic that he asks so much from his employees. It says so much about a company's competence when it exploits and takes advantage of their employees. It is dehuminizing and degrading. People's wages and salaries are not to be toyed with.
