Let me begin. Im a huge food person. I've fined at a multitude of restaurants all over the word and enjoyed tasting some very well prepared meals. I'm also a reasonably successful and well educated business person. I say this because I'm here to speak the truth and not someone living beyond means. Let's begin.

i ordered the 3 flavors of chicken keto chips. Originally, the order was done late March and arrived 30 days later. I understand we are in a pandemic, but almost a month to send from California is unacceptable. There is no number to call or tracking number provided.

my orders was $87. This, as I mentioned, was for 3 flavor orders. ($29 a box ). Price per bag is very high but I looked passed it. I'm always looking for a new and different snack to share with my staff and clients in our firm. Not to mention it keeps my fiancée happy I'm eating keto...

$87 and s month later first box arrived! Excited I immediately rip open. BBQ was flavor. Thr first chip was absolutely disgusting! It tasted to me like old used chicken oil that had cooled then was reheated to form a "chip", then cooled again. Nothing but pure grease taste that left a residual taste in my mouth. I left my office to get other opinions ( making sure wasn't crazy). 6 of my staff tried . I have a staff of 90 so I saw the first 6 in a break room. All 6 says the same . One actually spit the chip in a napkin and said "that is the grossest thing I've ever had". 

i wsjrdsc fur the other two flavors to show. Hoping maybe nit was just BBq. I was wrong. All 3 were the same. I told my assistant to contact customer return and send back the I open bags for a refund. 

THERE IS NO REFUND. I then got an email ftkn the cofounder Harrison. Looked as if it was canned to send lend out to anyone. I responded back with my disappointment and desire for a refund. I was given a 30% off code to reorder....reorder? Are you serious? 

$87 in chips that are already overpriced and to add insult to injury you think I'm going to reorder? And you are an owner? 

no, I won't reorder. This chips are beyond disgusting. They had an opportunity to refund my money and chose greed over service. Shame on you, Harrison. When you ship anything it becomes federal . And when you start adding value, the consequences become measured in a matter far exceeding $87.
