in 2021 Calin Mogojan had his crew with his foreman Aurel, install our solar array and never finished the job. I had to hire another company to connect our batteries and inverter to it. This year in January I noticed a puddle of water in our ceiling after the rains and when it dried out and I opened the hole to see what was leaking I saw the bottom of a bare mounting screw that was letting water into the house. They sent a crew out three times to try to fix the problem. After the third time there was so much damage to the house I tried to file an insurance claim, but Farmers sent out 2 licensed roofing contractors that all said that the solar installation was faulty and gave me detailed reports showing what was done wrong. We started researching and realized that the 45 panels that were put onto the home all had to be redone after our roof was also completely redone. We researched licensed and vetted roofing and interior repair contractors and submitted their bids to Calin, but he refused to pay any of them stating "If you go after my bond, you'll get nothing since there are others that will take it, but I like you so I will fix your house, but I need to send my guys only." We didn't have the money for the repairs ourselves, so we said OK which ended in a nightmare of trying to get people we had no control over fix our house. This meant that in the middle of repairing and painting the interior of the house while we are packed into two bedrooms after breaking our furniture and home they abandon the job and Calin doesn't respond to our calls and texts for a week. It's been torture and it's ended my marriage.
