Formulate advertises they will develop a formula per your needs for your hair and you will be able to speak to a chemist that does the formulation. I ordered shampoo and conditioner.  They gave me a highlight of the ingredients and it did not want some of the ingredients.  They advertise that you can speak to a chemist who creates formulas.  I immediately communicated with them through their app which is how they ask that you communicate.  I received no reply.  

The product was shipped with a full list of ingredients, I cannot use the product because they contain ingredients that are not good for my hair and scalp.  I have tried to reach them via email - three times. Via their app - 6 times, on Facebook, on Instagram, and on Twitter.  They will not reply.  The phone number listed for them says they are closed.  The number on the credit card charge says to contact them via email.
