Forrester's Financial Sold me a Whole Life plan advertised as Burial Insurance. Buffalo New York

I received a pink card in the mail, which I believed was from the Social Security Administration, saying I may be eligible for a burial plan. The agent talked me into a $5,000 policy with a premium of $98.38 a month, which works out to almost $20.00 per month, per $1,000 of coverage. I received no paperwork at the time. A few days later, I received the policy by mail. When I reviewed it, it was not what I wanted, nor believed it to be. The policy stated it could be cancelled within 20 days for a full refund of the initial premium. I notified Forester's in writing and mailed it on March 17th. To date, I have not received the refund of premium. I have filed a formal complaint with the Insurance Commissioner of Idaho, and they are assisting me. 

Note that Colonial Penn offers Life Insurance for $9.95 per month per $1,000 of coverage, and another company, $6.95. Forester's is a rip-off.
