Fraser Gordon founded and led a company named Quantum Works with the promise of developing a cryptocurrency based video game. Ultimately, Mr. Gordon failed to make meaningful progress, while exhausting company funds on unverified expenditures. Mr. Gordon also raised money from a group of investors for a "pre-sale" event related to another cryptocurrency project named "Onboard" that did not meet its stated criteria or goals. At the time of this report, Mr. Gordon has not returned those funds, nor communicated with investors about the status of the Onboard project. Investors have faced significant losses with very little communication from Mr. Gordon.
