Fred Culbertson posted on an online investment network in 2018 seeking financing to sustain his drone business until the ongoing lawsuit with Prioria Robotics was settled. Fred agreed to a sub-1-year short-term loan with 2 investors for loan repayment along with 10% of the assets seized by the Alachua Sheriff department in association with the lawsuit and bankruptcy case tied to Prioria Robotics for which he claimed he already had a $2 million judgment for and he was waiting to be paid out. 

After 3 years going on 4 years, Fred is nowhere to be heard of. He will not answer emails, calls, texts, and his attorneys at Morgan and Morgan evade calls when calling in to speak with them about him. He claimed he was doing business with the US government but could not prove it up due to "data security concerns." 

It is obvious Fred Culbertson has defrauded us with zero intention to make good on his debt obligations nor the assets in the Alachua Sheriff's department's control. Do not believe anything he says. Condor Aerial LLC is now inactive on the Secretary of State website.
