Requested service for spa that would not operate. First he said needed new heater but repairs  did not work, then said it was electrical but repairs did not work, then said it was computer circuit board but new board did not work, then he said new control pannel but new pannel did not work, then he said it needed new motor but replacement did not work. I had another company check and they informed me that computer circuit board had not been replaced, I contacted Fred and requested he do the work that I paid for and actually install parts that I paid for. He refused to answer calls and repeated requests to replace parts that were paid for. I spent over $2,000 with him and he refuses to come and service the spa and refuses requests for refund even though supposedly they all came with factory warrenty. He ripped me off and I will have to have repairs done by someone that is honest.
