My doctor put a prescription to get me the Freestyle libre blood glucose monitoring system so that I don't die. I have 3000 blood sugars dad dropped down within 1 hour to 2 glucose level and I pass out and almost die several times. He ordered me Freestyle libre unit that was Billed my insurance in which my insurance was Billed and they told me I would receive it on the 22nd of December 2021, (in which I never received it) but my insurance was Billed. (This is a public notification) so if I do wind up passing away and dying?
Freestyle libre is responsible for my death because they was directed by my doctor who gave a prescription to get me this unit because of my severe diabetes and freestyle libre sales spokes lady said they mailed it and said I receive it on the 22nd of December 2021 in which I never received it and my insurance was Billed for this unit. That is called theft of services.
