I am an attorney who has filed actions against this outfit, Freeway Towing out of Monterey Park, Cal. Let me be as plain as I can,
THEY ARE CRIMINALS. They will and have stolen items from customers' cars, removed items from their vehicles then converted it to their own use. The owners can barely speak English. Their methods of doing business are straight-up 3rd World. The employees are criminals. They hire the bottom feeders who prey upon Auto Club Members.
Perjury in court is as common as the day is long. Southern California Automotive Club AAA should be shamed for contracting this sort of low life business.
The owners, "Haddad" who barely can speak English are complicit with their employees in extorting money under the table from travelers who are broken down.
The California Highway Patrol and Department of Transportation are aware of their activities.
