Frontier Neurosciences - Dr. Allen Gee This Neurologist Negligently Injected my Neck with Botox Causing Pain and Many Physical Problems, and Would NOT own up to the Harm He Caused Cody Wyoming

I have been suffering from pain on the upper left side of my neck for many years.  The pain caused left eye pain and headaches.  I tried many sources for relief, but nothing worked.

I made the mistake of entrusting my problem with Dr. Allen Gee, a Neurologist at Frontier Neurosciences.  I visited his Gillette Office.  This was back in June, 2021. My husband went with me. At the time, I saw his assistant, Scott Wilson, who basically did nothing to help with the problem.  In fact, the new billing clerk totally messed up the insurance billing.

After much hassle, the Office Manager, said, if I would pay the $ 206.93 bill, she would give me a  complimentary appointment with Dr. Allen Gee.  I paid and accepted the deal.  If I had known what was to happen, I would have not gone.

This Appointment was in October, 2021. My husband went with me.  Upon seeing Dr. Allen Gee and explaining my left neck problems, and the history on all methods I tried, we asked about BOTOX.  I had read that small, trigger injections of Botox could relax the ONE MUSCLE that was spasming and causing the nerve to be impinge.

Dr. Allen Gee agreed this might work, BUT HE NEVER EXPLAINED THE SIDE EFFECTS OF THIS TOXIC DRUG - BOTOX. NEVER!  This fact becomes important later.

I put my trust in him and on December 16, 2021, I went, with my husband, to see Dr. Gee and get the INJECTION of Botox.  I put my finger on the spot where the muscle had spasmed into a large knot.  I was seated on a chair.  This was in the Gillette, Wyoming Office.

To my shock and surprise, Dr. Allen Gee just kept injecting my neck with Botox all over the left side and the Right side that did not even hurt.  He did not even clean the sites with alcohol and again never told me the side effects.

I sat there stunned.  I should have ran out of the office.  I asked him WHY ARE YOU STICKING THE BOTOX ALL OVER THE PLACE?  He replied, I HAVE TO USE ALL THE VILE OF BOTOX 100 ml SO I CAN BILL MEDICARE FOR THE WHOLE AMOUNT.

I never expected that, but was glad to be out of his office.  A few days later, I could not hold up my head.  I was in great pain, fear, worry, anger and fustration.

To make a long story shorter, I did call Dr. Gee's office on December 19 and had a video conference a day or so later.  Meanwhile, things were getting bad for me and I had a terrible Christmas, where I could not hold up my head enough to even eat.

I ended up having to go for Accupuncture, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Wearing a Neck Collar, seeing 2 other worthless doctors and suffering for 4 months.

I wrote a letter of complaint to Dr. Allen Gee asking for my medical records and for his medical mal-practice insurance which he refused to give me.  I just got a curt reply from his Office Manager saying HOW SUPPORTIVE THEY WERE OF ME.

THIS IS B S AND THEY KNOW IT.  This is also why, people have to file negative reviews and reports on so called Professionals, because they refuse to own up to their responsibilities.

THE RIP OFF HERE, GETS MUCH WORSE.

I filled a report to KEPRO, Medicare Quality of Care, who agreed that I was not informed of serious Botox effects, but did nothing anyway.  They did say that there was Nothing in my File that indicated I signed any type of informed consent.  But nothing else happened.

I filed a complaint with the State of Wyoming Medical Board, but LIKE MOST STATE AGENCIES OUT THERE, they felt he did nothing wrong.  The fact that Dr. Allen Gee wrote, in a report, that he DID inform me of side effects was all they needed to dismiss my valid complaint out of hand.

They did not care what I had to say.  ALSO THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT SHOWS HE GAVE ME INFORMED CONSENT.  NO PAPERWORK THAT STATES I SIGNED SUCH A FORM BECAUSE I NEVER DID.  NEVER SAW SUCH A FORM.

However, those facts do not matter to the State of Wyoming Medical Board.  Even a prominent State Senator, told me that the State of Wyoming Medical Board and the Politicians that make the laws, do not care about the rights of harmed patients and changed laws making it almost impossible to get justice for medical negligence.

This is why I had trouble finding a lawyer to help me in Wyoming.  Seems they only want catastrophic cases.  There was one lawyer, in Casper, Wyoming, whose office strung me along for 9 months, having me write up a diary of everything relating to the Botox and Dr. Allen Gee, but just let my case die in the corner like a Dead Fish.  Everything went against me here, and one cannot even trust a lawyer - as in my experience.

So, I was the true victim here, harmed by a doctor, no help from State Agencies, or the State itself.  No lawyer to help me.

This should serve, as valuable information for everyone reading this report.  Check out your doctor fully before entrusting your care to him or her.  I did not check out Dr. Allen Gee.  I just put my trust in him and suffered greatly for it.  I have not forgetten it to this very day.

Also, be careful with Botox use.  After all this happened, I checked out reports on Botox and discovered that it is a potentially dangerous drug that can cause serious side effects if not administered properly.  There is also a Surgeon General's Warning Label on the black box the doctors get, and that WARNING SHOULD BE READ AND DISCUSSED WITH THE PATIENT.  That warning label was never discussed with me at all.

This is a SAD AND HORRIBLE TRUTHFUL EVENT THAT HAPPENED TO ME.  In life, you have to HOPE that nothing bad happens to you with companies, medical people, etc.  Because, if it does, you might also find there is no one to help you.  Then, there is nothing left but fustration.
