FullofCarts Can't cancel order Internet

Responding to an ad, I clicked on to the site to buy one of their products. In the course of check-out, I inadvertantly purchased two of them.  I think the way it was done was sneaky, but I did go ahead and click so that's on me.

But I immediately realized my mistake.  There was no way to correct it, the order was placed. I tried to cancel, but there was no option (that I could see) on the site to modify or cancel my order.  I responded to their e-mail confirmations demanding to cancel, but there has been no response.  I contacted my bank to disallow the charge before it got posted, but it posted anyway.  I went to their website to go through their contact page.  It wanted my phone number.  Fine, but when I typed it in the message that popped up was "please use the format requested" but there was no information as to what that format was.  I tried putting/removing parentheses around the area code, adding/removing spaces and dashes, using dots instead, every variation I could think of, to no avail.

If this post gets their attention and they cancel my order and refund my money, that's all I want and I will gladly update this post accordingly.
