Fundrise Can't close account, can't get money back Washington DC DC

Have been trying to close my account and liquidate, per their terms have waited two months, then find out it's another 5 business days to process the close, then another 3 to 8 to send funds.  Have invested $2000, can't get them to send it to me, and close my account. 

Just looked on their site and it still shows only $43 in my account, but have not received anything in my bank account, have tried to contact them (they only provide an email account), was told transaction would be processed today (July 3rd), nothing.  Replied again, no answer.  Basically, have waited on their terms while they hold my funds, no idea where they are, what is going on, and now can't get a reply. 

This is a total ripoff, glad I didn't invest more, because I'm pretty sure I'd never see a penny of it again.  Shame on me, I should have done my homework, and learned an expensive lesson about on line investing.  Not to mention that in over 6 months all I ever made through them was less than $100, I could have done something really stupid like play scratch offs and made more money than that in six months.  Waste of time, waste of money, and frustrated can't get any reply or valid information out of them.
