The Furniture Warehouse is a scam company taking people's money and not delivering good furniture. They do not care about damages and offer no customer satisfaction. They offer store credit and no refunds even if it's their fault that the merchandise is unacceptable. Poor customer service including sales staff up to corporate executives.
We want to advise customers to stay away and the people that have been affected by the shameful practices of this corporation to begin a civil lawsuit to stop these criminals in behaving this way in business.
Please come forth and file complaints here and with the BBB, Yelp and other consumer agencies available. Let's stop this company in ripping off hard working people.
