When asked to provide the status of a transaction, they were unable to provide such an answer and continued to answer incorrectly, with irrelevant responses.
Customer support team ignores questions, provides numbers that your bank cannot trace, and leads you on a trail of deception.
The stated time frame has arrived and gone days ago and still no refund or solution.
The amont of time they will take to reply to you will be astonishing. Be very very careful with large sums of money with these fraudsters.
They are solely regulated by a flimsy company in Mauritius that will not back you up if you wish to file complaint. They are thieves, they are fraudsters, and they will be revoked of their license very very soon.
