Gadson Electronics Payment Fraud - Took 100% payment in advance and then denied deliveries goods under the pretext that Raw Material cost has increased. Navi Mumbai Maharashtra

We would like to formally record a case of payment fraud. The company accepted 100% advance payment against our order but has failed to deliver the goods and is also denying a refund.

Case Timeline

1. 2025-05-17 – We received a quotation from the sales executive of Longxia, Mr. Bruch (Email: sales1@longxiasteel.com).

2. 2025-06-12 – After approval from our side, we requested a revised Proforma Invoice (PI). Mr. Bruch informed us it was an office holiday and later shared the PI via WhatsApp.

3. 2025-06-12 – Payment was processed from our end, well within the 14-day validity period mentioned in the original terms.

4. Post Payment – We consistently followed up with both Mr. Bruch and Mr. Jim Gordon from Longxia Steel. Neither communicated properly or provided clear updates.

5. 2025-07-05 – Mr. Bruch alleged that we had breached payment terms by not checking the PI validity date (incorrectly mentioned as 2024-12-25). He further stated that steel prices had risen drastically, and therefore they would neither deliver the goods nor refund the money.

Our Position

• We acknowledge our mistake in placing trust in this company based on goodwill.

• However, the refusal to honor the contract or refund payment constitutes serious payment fraud.

• This matter should be taken into consideration by relevant trade bodies, associations, and authorities to prevent such fraudulent practices against other businesses.
