Galen Criscione - paid $20,000 dollars to handle two civil cases and he never showed up. New York New York

I hired Galen Criscione, a so-called attorney based in New York City, to represent me in two civil
cases in Florida. He promised aggressive legal help, full support, and even travel to Florida to
represent me personally. Instead, he took $20,000 up front and vanished.

He barely communicated, missed deadlines, filed documents without my permission, and never
even made an appearance in court. He repeatedly asked me to send documents he already had,
acted confused about basic details of the case, and failed to understand Florida law entirely.
Worse, he got sanctioned by a Florida judge and left me to handle everything myself. His
incompetence and lack of professionalism severely harmed my case. I had to file my own motions
and responses pro se just to undo the damage.

I have since filed a formal complaint with the New York State Bar, and Im preparing to sue him for
breach of contract and legal malpractice. This guy should not be practicing law. If you're considering
hiring him, RUN. This was one of the most disappointing and costly experiences of my life. Galen
Criscione is a ripoff artist masquerading as a lawyer. We were abused by an area Dentist and he left us.
