Juan failed to pay me for the 11 hour day I put in and tried to place all the blame for lack of production on me. He paid me the first day. The second day he hadn't provided nails so I purchased them from the first days pay as well as going to get them and then ran my coworkers off and I stayed. A total of 11 hours that 2nd day. The 3rd day I showed up he had taken all the tools and never showed ..noone showed so I left. He owes me for the day plus the fasteners .I couldn't believe he blamed me for his other workers failure to cut the necessary rafter tailsand hand them to me while I stayed upon the roof waiting for him .. ..he kept on saying to me ..what do we do now Branden. What do we do now. He's still running ads on corpus Christi craigslist .I stayed when everyone left. It was 11 hours .he sent another carpenter and him and I continued working. The new slab for the home addition was 5 inches out or so from the foundation of the home the new addition was being attached to. It was crazy. He kept bragging how he had been a boss since he was 18 and did nothing but run his crew off after he grabbed a ladder that had a hammer on it and hit himself in the head . What a s****y day for everyone. I still don't understand what his deal was
