Gary Laton LLC & BJ Fisher (Southern Showplace Landscapes) Brand new Gary Laton house with landscaping company led by BJ Fisher turned into our worst nightmare. Concord NC

We purchased a brand new Gary Laton house in July of 2021. Within the first two weeks of living here we realized we had drainage issues. The water from the top two houses Gary built was directed at our house and we were surrounded by water against our house. Gary came out here with BJ and assured us this would be fixed…well a year later and about seven visits from BJ Fishers crews we are still dealing with water that’s causing damage to our fence, washing away our shrubs, flowers and small trees.

We live in a swamp during storms and it’s heartbreaking. While progress was made and the water doesn’t sit right against our house now like it did it’s still a massive issue that was caused by negligence. We have now contacted the news and hope to show in real time what a Gary Laton & BJ Fisher house get you.

Gary Laton was very responsive and has fixed multiple other issues in the house so we can’t fault him for everything, we don’t however understand why he sees what we are left with after BJ Fisher and won’t hire another company to fix this. https://youtube.com/shorts/G3KC_N6IpIY?feature=share We have taken to social media and have put signs in our yard trying to get the right people to help us.

We will need to take out a loan to fix this yard and that’s not right. BJ had a year and clearly he wasn’t able to fix this yard or just didn’t want to, we aren’t sure. The relationship with us and Gary Laton is very toxic now so I’m sure once he gets wind of this and the new posts on social media he will be much worse to talk to.

The thing is we made the biggest mistake of our lives believing Gary Laton and our at that point real estate agent. Gary has a good reputation and he is well connected, so I guess in the end the little man gets stomped and crushed (us). https://youtube.com/shorts/3TouavL1YwA?feature=share
