GARY HERSHEL LOCKE JR. (ALONG WITH HIS ACCOMPLICE JENNIFER PAIGE LOCKE) of "CODE BLUE POOLS"----Formerly----- "ALL STAR POOLS REPAIR AND REMODELING" IS A SCAM ARTIST! He has so many lawsuits and felony judgements against him that he re-named his business Code Blue Pools. GOOGLE: GARY LOCKE OF ALSTAR POOLS REVIEWS! IT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND! His current 12 reviews under "Code Blue Pools" are FAKE.

Back in 2013 I hired him to remodel my pool and house. Long story short...He trashed my house and pool causing over $50k in damage...stole my $30K Bank Loan...then bounced! I spent years knocking on doors and posting alerts and finally in 2016 the Dallas District Attorneys Office filed Felony Theft Charges. During my time pounding the pavement I also posted Fraud Alerts on Craigslist, Yelp, BBB, and Ripoff.com, etc....and man did I get a lot of responses! My case opened the FLOODGATE for other victims to now be CRIMINAL charges...rather than "civil" lawsuits. This man has committed multiple felonies in the DFW & surrounding areas. As the victims poured in I directed them to the proper Felony Fraud Investigators in Dallas, Mesquite, Denton and on and on. After he spent years avoiding court appearances by FAKING HAVING CANCER...the prosecutors figured out is Cancer Bullsh*t. As of January 2019 he has been convicted of 4 Counts of Felony Theft including mine of course...and the list is still growing! He is going to spend THE REST OF HIS LIFE on Probation and paying Restitution to many of his victims! Jail is the next step...but until that day AVOID THIS DANGEROUS MAN!

He will give you false information on his credentials! Told me he was an "AllStar Pools" recently transferred from Alabama. But when I called them they had no idea who Gary Locke was! He was evicted from his business location on Harry Hines in 2013 for Fraud and Non-Payment of rent...then switched to his home address as his "business location".....He recently moved and is now hiding his address to run from all the angry customers he frauded and stole from!!! The BBB REVOKED his membership in less than 1 year due to constant complaints of felony fraud, theft, extremely poor workmanship (beyond the level of endangering his clients health & safety), non-compliance to signed contracts, abandoning projects once payments received...and on and on and on! This man should be in PRISON! Do not sign a contract with this man as it is just a piece of paper and means nothing to him! D o not give him any money! You will never get the work done and what little he does do could endanger your safety! I can provide proof of all these accusations and am joining a long list of victims filing cases against him with The District Attorney, Dallas Police Financial Fraud Dept. & Justice Of The Peace for Dallas Co....And he has a long list of Fraud Complaints on Better Business Bureau and Home Advisor....under business name "All Star Pool Remodeling"

I have attached several pics of how he left my house OVER FOURTEEN MONTHS AGO! There are dozens but Craigslist only allows a few. He started the work and THE VERY SECOND I made the final payment...totaling over $24,000!!!....he BOLTED! I was left living in a filthy torn apart unlivable house with the ceiling and roof caving in and exposed electrical wire everywhere. I had to run most items from the few outlets working from extension cords! He left huge piles of rubble in my front and back driveway that I ended up having to pay hundreds to to remove! Since that day I have had to pay AGAIN & AGAIN to have everything done that he was already paid in full to do. Plus the extra expense of fixing the damage he caused to previously fully up-dated electric wiring and the structural damage to my walls and ceiling. After spending every penny I have,( including my retirement savings!) I still live in a constant construction zone with no furniture, no bathroom walls, torn up floors, a 10ft high patio with no safety railing, and no kitchen! Everything I own is still in my leaky storage room. Most of the beautiful things I own are damaged beyond hope of ever being fixed. Which just means MORE added expense. Then, if that wasn't enough, he made a point to complain about his horrible wife every time he would come over. About how fat and lazy she was...how she would never sleep with him...was embarrassed to be seen with her...and he couldn't wait to divorce her. Then had the INSANE NERVE to ask if he could move into my house!!! WHAT!!??? With which I replied by telling him to get the hell out of my house before I fed him his balls!!! Then I found out he was telling the work crew he was "hitting that". He is THE FOULEST
