You Should NOT Hire This Lawyer! Gary Ostrow is DisHonest, and nothing but bad news for your case. Since I started practicing as a criminal defense attorney myself in 1999, a ew years later I found myself working for this as*hole, and was in the unenviable position of having to tell clients something they really didn't have to hear, but if they hired a honorable firm this wouldnt of happened to them.
Mr Ostrow does not care about your case. Getting his clients to plea guilty is his way to get the case over, without having to do any work. Easy money.
When his firm fails to show up for court, he doesn't make an objection when it's the most obvious defense, he will find anyway to avoid doing any amount of work on your case files. He would regularly tell me if I can see your b***s, then I know you didn't care enough about yourself to speak up.
You as the client hold the power in a attorney/client relationship, prior to hiring. An employee may not be able to hold an employer responsible for failing to properly address sexual harassment.

This man/or woman leave fake comments on multiple websites like ripoff report in an attempt to win ongoing lawsuits against the ripoff website administrators, and any other websites that may help them profit a buck or two.
The owners and creators of the ripoff report have developed a gold mine platform for consumers to honestly inform others of scams and ripoffs in the business world they has experienced first hand.
People like "Jim" that spend each day posting tworthless written remarks only because its, thet are just a group of thirsty cheap asses that ruin a good thing. They wouldnt know a good thing if it slapped them in the face. They are pretending like they are expressing an opinion or reaction. which if you have any good senses these responses are obviously off-topic, or even topic-less. In "Reading the Comments of Jim" all over the internet clearly shows their place of business are only out to benefit themselves by targeting/leaching random online users that carry no merit to the actual reviewers posted facts.

Thats what you spend your time on. Speculating on random ripoff report reviews. You seem very desperate to find clients for your phony services. You typed all that about a lawyer you dont know, and about the outcome of clients cases. Let me say this in a simple way Mz. Stacey D'Erasmo your mother is not a lawyer, and I know that for a fact. You are no more a "lawyer" than I am. SO what were you charged for and how did he lose your case? In most instances the case is lost because the defendent is GUILTY which I suspect you were. So trying to defame a REAL Attorney because you do not like the way your case turned out is gonna turn because he now has the right to sue you for libel actions due to your statement posted on a PUBLIC forum. SO I contacted this individual to let him know about this report so he may defend himself.

All of the above sentences in your very short narrative represent proof you are not an attorney. It is some of the worst use of grammar, spelling, etc.... I have ever seen. No professional in any field of work, could be so careless regarding the use of language.
But the last sentence is probably the worst of all. An employee can absolutely hold an employer responsible for sexual harassment, as well as providing a hostile work environment. Under the law in this case, you can hold the attorney personally liable for a case of sexual harassment, as well as the holding the firm itself liable not only for sexual harassment, but also for providing a hostile work environment. If you were a criminal defense attorney, then you would know this because this is BASIC employment law.
