I paid $2000 for a promise to make thousands from a custom drop ship website.
The merchant sold a large group the same website for $1,997.00. The was never delivered until we w emailed them on April 3rd, the delivery date for March 30th. I immediately contacted them to ask for a refund based on the 30 day refund policy on their site (gearbubble.com) Their response was we spent most of the money building the site. Please see the delivered site, https://www.ancestry212.com. This site is a copy cat site of many others that was just connected to our purchased domain. I wrote them three more times this time no response. We are additionally promised refunds for the paid online seminar, I wrote them inquiring and again no response. I tried contacting Capital One a few times after speaking with them but unfortunately was on hold for hours just to have the call disconnect. I am asking that you credit my account back for the negligent fraudulent charge, as they did not honor their 30 day money back guarantee instead it was changed to requesting a refund after 90 days. Please investigate this matter and correct the fraudulent charge at your earliest convenience. 90 Day has passed by and they now have changed their policy to no refund. Stay away from this company, their are plenty of more reputable comapnies that actually build out custom sites and assist you with scaling your brand.
