Despite repeated phone calls with Ethan Miller—who assured me each time that the FedEx tracking information would be provided \"tomorrow\"—no valid tracking numbers have been received to date. After I initiated a refund request through PayPal on 5/13/2025, I was contacted by a manager on 5/14/2025 from the company in a state of apparent panic. He urged me to reverse the refund request, yet still could not provide any legitimate tracking information. Instead, I was given a highly implausible explanation that the FedEx truck had broken down, and that their company sent a personal vehicle to retrieve and deliver the engines themselves. This explanation is nonsense and completely inconsistent with FedEx procedures and further raised serious doubts about the legitimacy of this transaction. To verify, I consulted a family member who works at FedEx, and they confirmed that such a claim is entirely false. The manager also mentioned that PayPal is now holding $31,000 of the customer\'s funds due to my dispute, which further supports the concern that other customers may also be affected by this SCAM. He even invited me to file a complaint against him personally—an unprofessional and concerning response.
