On June 9th, 2021 Wed, this IT>Erin chose to reschedule an appointment with her really nice pedicure technician without consulting with me, as if this was okay with me.
I arrived and asked the tech what happened, she stated Erin had scheduled her lunch for my 2:45pm therefore moved me to 2:15pm which still didn't make sense, the tech informed me that this was on her I left $20 anyway, then today 6/10/21 GREEDY ERIN, had charged me $70, seriously there was no need for this as her cancel fee is $30, but the appointment was going to be rescheduled and she placed it as a "no show", her video camera will show that I had arrived.
This is about the principle of the matter and this ear to the wall THING, continuously rubs me in a very not pleasant manner. Really sad for her one to two employees, as they seem to be very nice.
Note to Erin, practice on being a better human- being this is not a good look.
