Genell Lee retired in 2015 when other nurses beginning suing her for ruining their careers. She was in on the witch hunt in destroying nurses' careers & wiping them out. She was down right evil think she could do nurses however they want. But she and Terri roop are no longer on this earth trying to destroy nurse's careers. She wasn't fair to my mother whatsoever.
Nurses are starting to sue the Alabama board of nursing. She was out to get other nurses from her RN license And executive position harassing nurses & running their careers. They need to sue the nursing board attorney who is against nurses next. Nurses have had it with these RN trying to ruin their careers. Lawyers are helping nurses who had their licenses suspended as far back as 2005.
Lee was the executive from 1999-2015. for 16 years on a witch hunt to get nurses. Well she retired when nurses started filing lawsuits in court in 2015 to get her for improperly suspended her license.

If other people can go back 10 years for their discrimination then so can we. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with the wrong & criminal acts they did against my mother. It was parkwoods maintenance fault for why my mom slipped and fallen on the job & she ended up paying the price with her nursing license. People work too hard for their license only for them to lose them because of the likes of terri roop. genell lee & this director of nursing.
They caused my mom 10 years of struggling to make ends meet & being harassed & discriminated against by other people & being falsely accused. If black people can go back 10 years then so should we & get justice!

This director of nursing followed and stalked my mom after my mom started working at Parkwood in 2007. The nursing board Attorney asked my mom at the hearing do you mean are they falsely accusing you? The Board just couldn't accept that my mom was falsely accused.
The lawyer that my mom had to stop being her lawyer in the case & abandon her & this black man at the Board of Nursing became very mean and nasty toward my mom since they found her guilty and she had no lawyer to represent her, the enemy thought that had my mom.
Well, the enemy was the nursing home administrator & this director of nursing. Who were the only two people to testify against my mom. The Board also took my mom's co-workers and hiring manager statements even though they said they didn't see her do anything. This Administrator was going to have them write false statements saying they saw my mom put medication in a patient's food.
I doubt that all the 20 or more employees would be monitoring my mom & stop their jobs or whatever they were doing just to see my mom doing her job. That is where the Board should have stopped this & never proceeded to suspend my mother's license. But they had tried for years to get rid of my mom as a nurse whoever she was working for.
This is why this Director of Nursing went to work at Parkwood just so she could get my mom fired for good & never be able to work as a nurse again. I took this personally what these two criminals did to my mother & the judge who recommended 6 months suspension when she didn't even do anything. They all should be in jail!

This lawyer for this group of nurses brought out that these nurses have a right to work and earn a living without their employer infringing on their work. But the Alabama board of nursing still chose to violate their civil rights & chose to get them in trouble & took away their license. Terri roop and this director or nursing violated my mother's & infringed on her rights to earn a living.
The lawyer said the Board's actions were unreasonable & violated their equal protection that employees have. He said they take their livelihoods personally. When they mess with me or my mom unjustly or treat us unfairly. Their criminal ways always get brought to light. They should have sued the Board of Nursing attorney who is also on a witch hunt to ruin nurses' livelihoods.
When you mess with God's children he will burn you & make you pay. Especially when they are innocent & they gang up on them like terri roop & this director of nursing their personal lawyers & the entire board of nursing against 1 person. This is proof that God will bring your enemies down when you are treated unfairly or unjustly.
God is real! And he is good!
