The General Jeff Hicks - Nashville office The General - Car insurance - Tennessee - Nashville office - Car insurance - Tennessee I paid for liabilty insurance for the entire year, and 7 months into the year, I was sent a bill to pay or be cancelled, due to no fault of my own.

I purchased auto insurance in March, paid it up for the entire year, gave no false statements upon purchase and have had no change of any type on my end that would result in a breach of the contract.  I got a bill for almost $500 because my "nephew" is living under the same roof, has a his own car, has his own insurance, and had them for almost a year before I purchased this auto insurance policy. 

I have nothing to do with this human in any capacity other than sharing a roof, and common kitchen area.  (I am residing at my sons grandfathers house temporary as of right now).  The grandfather has raised this human for some time and I stay out of any aspect concerning their affairs.

I called, they requested a photo of my nephew's insurance card, I complied.  I asked them to listen to the recorded conversation of initial purchase, where I know it was discussed concerning my living arrangmentent, my family (which is myself and my son), and other household memebers.  I am still waiting on a phone call with those findings, and it has been 3 weeks now, but  I did receive another cancellation notice!
