Genoa Pharmacy Colorado Springs, Co Moreno Location Received a Bill for Co pays that are Medicaid covered after 2 years of service Colorado Springs Colorado

After 2 years of service Genoa Pharmacy started sending bills to customers saying they are just now getting information in their system to bill everyone what they owe in copays from Medicaid.  Genoa, a QoL Healthcare Company (Genoa), ... a private, not-for-profit behavioral healthcare system group,  has access to my Long Term Care from the State of Colorado and has never so much as asked me for a dime. I am disabled, but not ignorant !

They are on site with Aspen Pointe , Moreno location and are now sending out bills to poor patients in the hundreds of dollars for years of copay. Aspen Point has been bought out by a new company called Diversus, so this may be part of the problem, not sure.  I do not have money to pay this bogus bill.   My bill they sent in particular is $323.69.   I have called them and listened to their bogus excuse,  their bill lists meds for Feb of 2021.  I have asked for a manager, no reply.  I have filed a complaint with their office and now here.  This is unethical, illegal and may need representation for a class action lawsuit.  I am available for assistance.
