GenoPalate Inc They charged me to provide me with a diet based on my 23 and me DNA results they did not! My 23 and Me results showed I had food alleges such is correct The diet I received fro GenoPalate told me to eat foods I severely allergic to! They were paid to provide me with a diet that based on my DNA I could eat they failed to do that! Milwaukee WI

I paid GenoPlates Inc for a diet based on my DNA report from 23 And Me. My 23 and Me report showed that I had food allergies. The report I got from GenoPalate recommmed that  I eat many foods that I have severe food allergies too

If I did not already know of my food allergies and followed their diet and recommendations I would have had en extremely bad allergic reaction! I called GenoPalate immediately and told them that their diet had serious errors and could be harmful to me physically if folllowed. I demanded a refund and a diet that was correct and would not harm me

GenoPalate admitted their diet may have had serious errors. They refused to give me a refund saying that even though my results were wrong and could have harmed me because I got any results I could have no refund!

They also refused to send me another diet without  mistakes that could make me very ill! This company is not reputable and refused to give refunds where they should. I did not get what I paid for a diet that I could use!
