Geo.Hosting threatens to block user accounts if they keep reporting issues. Absolutely outrageous behavior. Internet

I had a chance to work with Geo.Hosting for a short period, and I feel compelled to share my experience.

Pros:

Low pricing

Decent server locations

Cons:

No real customer support

Rude and disrespectful staff

Flat-out refusal to solve client issues

Confusing and unreliable service interface for ordering

Total chaos overall

Let me explain. I used the hosting service for three months. Then I tried to order an additional VPS — the order failed. The website is impossible to navigate. I tried again, and the order failed again. Eventually I gave up.

I had WireGuard VPN running through them. One day I noticed it had suddenly stopped working. I logged into my account — and my original working service was gone. Meanwhile, two servers I previously tried (but couldn’t complete payment for) were now suddenly activated, apparently using leftover account balance and partial payment from the original VPS.

I sent several emails — absolutely no response.

A week passed — I wrote again. Still silence. A month later — I sent several angry messages asking them to remove the mess and restore my server. Finally, I got a reply… threatening to block my account.

That’s how they treat customers.

Good or bad — you decide. Personally, I’d suggest setting up as many VPNs as possible on their hosting for black-market operations and wait for the authorities to come knocking. That’s the level of trust this service inspires.

Geo.Hosting is a complete disaster: No reliability, Server lost, Time wasted, Money gone.
