Giant beverages inc. Anthony Iemmiti/ Frank Ieminetti Sell wholesale non-durable products Staten Island New york

I am a distributors RMG DISTRIBUTORS LLC who entered into a contract with the owner of GIANT BEVERAGES INC. on 7/19/2017 with owner Anthony Ieminetti also a NYPD Captain that he is my wholesale distributor an I am to only buy from him. About 7 months into this contract he decided to strong arm me and my company by telling us that I owed him money, so I keep good records I requested him to show me proof that I owed money, he never did.

So on the morning of February 14 2018 he refused to service my trucks with products to supply my customers. I said you are under contract with me, which he replied to me if you don’t get off my property (the warehouse owned by him and his company GIANT BEVERAGES INC.) I am going to have you arrested.

With fear of unlawful arrest because he is a captain with the NYPD, I left went home filed a complaint with the NYPD Internal Affairs, they took my information and copies of my contracts with Anthony Ieminetti and Giant Beverages Inc. and investigated my complaint and found it to be true and found Giant beverages and Anthony Ieminetti to be guilt of these charges and the complaint was substantiated. Since that my family and I have been stopped numerous amts of times by the NYPD in my pct. alone as retaliation for the complaints I filed.

Plus Captain Ieminetti has place marked police vehicles on my block where I live as retaliation and a form of harassment to have me drop charges I have filed in civil court as civil right violation against Anthony Ieminetti and Giant Beverages inc. Court case is still pending in civil court against the NYPD. The NYPD has refused to furnish my attorney with any paperwork pertaining to this case and also has refused to represent Captain Ieminetti of the 76 Police Pct. In this court case as he has to get his own attorney and pay for it out of his own pocket as that is also his cause for retaliation against myself.
