As someone who has lost his employment I take the possiblity of finding suitable employment very seriously. I did some research on this company and I was left with absolutely nothing that made any sense. There post on numerous websites spoke of hiring hundreds of people in mass. Well? this would be great if you were amazon or a fortune 500 company. But for a company that barely has a web presence I found this all to be a bit strange. After reviewing their facebook page I further noticed other people trying to find employment with this company and also reaching the same conclusions that i have.

This company DOES NOT EXIST in the capacity which it is being offered to the public. I think this is an egregious scam that should be investigated.

Thank you for proving my point in front of the world.

Dear “King”,

Or should I say “clown prince/princess?”. Perhaps we should take a closer look into this company and it’s true business practices? And then let’s discuss the writer’s true Business Acumen? First things first, posting public information IS NOT ILLEGAL IN THE United States. A common misconception amongst people is thinking a “GED+High School” diploma working together equal a “Business Degree.” Well? Sadly, It does not.  However, I can assure your local and state municipalities would love to hear about the fraudulent business practices this company seems to be purporting.

Not to mention, the Securities Exchange Commission which helps oversee and regulate large scale investments. Which I assume the really, really intelligent people that “Giz-NOT” Enterprises brought on board to protect their financial interest. Furthermore, would also mean, your back office has documented the accredited investors and have filed the appropriate documents to take on said investments.

So now we’ve now learned two things.

1.) This is obviously the owner. No other employee would care enough to defend the company and be allowed to continue using such poor grammar in every message. (So I suppose you could say I’m a hater for poor grammar)

2.) The mere fact that someone would even comment in the fashion that you have show’s the whole world this company has no money, no formal business representation, no public relationships team, and not even a solid mentor relationship. So? Who are you going to sue and with what money? But?? Since you offered to sue me? Let’s explore this for a second since you seem so versed in the idea. “You would claim that I’m slandering your company, and sharing public information online about “said company” is that about right? Well? No attorney is going to take the case pro-bono.  So second option is to hire a company to file a civil suit against me. This attorney will weight out suing me with the Anti-Slapp statue (look it up sometime). This will fail because taking me to court means exposing your entire business in open court. Thus forcing you to prove in a court of law and jury box that you are indeed operating this company at a level which is beyond reproach. This means all contracts (or the lack there of), business financials, tax documents, investors, will become a part of the case.

Just a thought? When your company is facing public scrutiny from an “unverified source” why would you automatically take a defensive posture and respond like you’re in the 12th grade using street language? Would a company supposedly partnering with billion dollar companies do this? Would a company worth millions do this? Any reputable small-medium-large company would ascertain the source of the inquiry and try to isolate the inquiry. And seek to neutralize the threat online by offering links and articles about the company and its business to thwart any future potential online inquires about the company and its legitimacy. Running a successful company starts with being “Responsive” and NOT “Reactive”. (Rookie mistake)

However? Those speaking on behalf of this company have managed to create an online paper trail and potential PR nightmare along with a  laundry list of questions from potential investor(s), Better Business Bureau, and the Minnesota Attorney Generals office for potentially fraudulent business practices. And I would be remiss if I didn’t the IRS. Surely a company of this statue would have a healthy tax liability annually with hiring 800 employees. Which at minimum would trigger a personal and professional Audit.

Lastly, I do not take pride in this type of banter. I genuinely  hope for the sake of future employees, business partners, and the like. They don’t hold “who” you are today against you, because you seem like you have the tools to go on to greater things if you choose that path. Youth and inexperience can be a dangerous attribute, if it’s not nurtured properly.  We have a saying in my country “Young dumb tiger, grow old to be dumb old tiger.” Don’t be that tiger!

Best of luck in all future endeavors (obviously)Mr. Pierre.

Again Your A hater

First off thats illegal, second off naw you can post what you want and you will just be sued. You have no idea what you are talking about at all or what Giezwa Pierre is doing. This just tells us that you do not know business or what is happening. As I said many people work for Giezwa Pierre. Keep in mind this is how companies build their self. What you can do is wait and see how many people will be hired when Giezwa Pierre Enterprises grand opening is launched.

You must also know how many investors Giezwa Pierre has and you must of also seen all of his business plans? My point proven here. Again you looked up all of his companies and you are just a hater, hating on someone that is working hard to build. Again if you actually did your research you would be able to see the company on many sites. Not only that you can hide behind the internet but you will be hearing from Giezwa Pierre business attorney. Do not hate on someone progress or what they are doing.

You did not fill out an application ? This makes since, also keep in mind Giezwa Pierre does work with a multi billion dollar company. Again you are just a hater period. You make no sense, how about you leave your email as well. You know nothing at all. If you did your research like you said you would see that he is a Blackman so there for you are lying again. Do something better with your time instead of try to bring down somebody else that is building a company. This conversation is a joke. Your a joke and because you do not understand or know what you are talking about do not try to bring someone else down.

Just keep watching and you ill bite every bit of your words on worrying about someone else business. Be sure to leave your full name so you are not hired. You said you never met him or do not know if he has secured funding or not? That is interesting so that means you know nothing. Go on about your sad life.

My name is Jerry Wu.

AUTHOR: Jerry Wu. - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 14, 2020

Dear “King”,

My name is Jerry, for the record. And for future reference(s) please plan to hurl your misguided attempts at disrespect with some proper English. Let me first start by saying I have the utmost respect for African American Men and Women. With all due respect, I have never interviewed with Giezwa Pierre Enterprises. My basic investigation into this company was purely due diligence. If I am providing my personal information on a job application I have the right to look into the background and financial wherewithal of any company I choose to apply with. Unfortunately I have no way to know the ethnic background or origin of the ownership of this company.

I completely respect your voracious defense of this company. But I would warn you against blindly pledging your allegiance to a company that may not be what you think they are. According to public records (easily obtained) this company has NOT filed taxes, has no minority government contracts, and does NOT have the financial strength to support hiring more than (5) people. And upon further review the corporate structure suggest the company is being run by a single person. Which? I submit to you no one running a multi-million dollar venture does so alone, without partners, investors, or investment bankers at the very least.

You may recall I said the “Company DOES NOT EXIST in the CAPACITY which it is being represented to the public. Unfortunately these are the facts. Just because someone files the necessary documents to be compliant with the state to be a legal entity, DOES NOT mean its now a multi-million dollar venture. I do not know Mr. Pierre. I can only surmise he is an intelligent young black man, But I would say he’s disrespecting himself as a Black man and those who have come before him and paved the way for African American Men to earn their respect in the business world. In my humble opinion Giezwa Pierre Inc. is manipulating people online to secure their personal information at the very least, or gas-lighting  them into unattainable employment opportunities. Otherwise? Why would any employer post an  Engineering position with a pay-range starting at $27K up to $156k. We can both agree, that this wreaks of either stupidity or fraud. I don’t want to think the worst of this company and it’s intentions.

Lastly, If you choose to continue defending this, my next post will include screenshots of Giezwa Pierre Enterprises public financial statements, IRS filings (or lack there of), and any corporate filings associated with this company or its brand. Which I can assure you no one will be able to refute. We are hardworking people who just want to find suitable employment.

Sounds to me like you are completely hating on this young Black man. You are contradicting yourself. What your mad that you didn’t get hired. That’s how companies build right is post jobs to build their company ? Actually if you look up Giezwa Pierre you will see that it’s a legit company, person who owns it and already has people working for him. Sounds to me you are made because you don’t know how he is such a successful young black man.

By the way they work with a billion dollar company. Do something with your life besides lie on people and their company. You said barely a social presents how is that when the company it’s self has millions of views? Giezwa Pierre Enterprises is a real company.
