I am a merchant that uses Giftfly to offer gift cards on our website. We have been with them 3 months and they have about $10,000 dollars of gift card sales that they have not released. They would typically release funds once a week, however, starting in January they stopped funding us. I have requested the release via email numerous times because they do not answer their phone calls. Cory, the CEO responded to my requests and said that their payment processor holds funds at their discretion and will release when they want to apparently. No apologies, no we'll contact our processors to see what the hold up is. 

 

I spoke with Cory and he gave me a ridiculous excuse that they put enhanced fraud protection safeguards on transactions and thats why its taken a month to release my funds.  This isnt true.  Now he's sending a few hundred dollars to us once a week, when he owes us almost $10,000.  I looked up reviews and this seems like standard practice.  I am taking civil and criminal action.  I would recommend not doing business with Giftfly.com

After contacting giftfly numerous times via phone and email, I did get in contact with Cory.  He ultimately agreed to pay me the outstanding balance plus interest and mailed me a cashiers check.  He made us whole and I appreciate that.
